I come from a rich cultural heritage—my grandparents and father are Mexican immigrants, and my father married my mother, a Chicana from East L.A. I proudly identify as a Chicano Japanoid artist and a U.S. Army veteran. My artistic journey spans multiple mediums, including sculpture, drawing, typography, painting, animation, and digital art—each serving as its own universe for exploration and expression. My creative process is fluid and boundless; I start with a vision of form and continuously reshape both the subject and its composition until it aligns with core design principles. I transition seamlessly between genres, moving from atmospheric still lifes to figurative drawings with ease. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Technology, where I aim to blend my creative background with innovative, systematic approaches to education.
